Do You Ship Worldwide?

We currently only ship to addresses in Australia only and for customers in New Zealand, Element is available on Amazon Surf: https://www.amazonsurf.co.nz/collections/element

Split shipment

Your order may be split into several parcels as we dispatch from multiple warehouses. If this is the case for your order, you should receive multiple tracking numbers via your shipment notification email. Learn more about how to Track Your Order.

Click & Collect

We Currently do not offer a 'Click & Collect' or in-store collection service. Orders can only be shipped from our warehouse, via courier, to your chosen delivery address.
